The pcb is designed like this for commercial purposes. This is the cheapest deep pi. 90% of the pi motherboards in China, and the remaining few motherboards use xr71 and the old gold mask

The above post is not a correct drawing, I have not seen a pcb that is the same as the circuit diagram. There are two designs of 6103, one uses two 082s, and the other just adds 4046. It is just 5196, proscan adds 4046, changes the frequency delay, which makes it look deep in the air, there is no benefit, just to sell it at a high price. XR71 is better than 6103, and DBP2010 is always better than 6103

There is another 6103, called 5198, which uses 78l08 and 79l08, adds 10000uf filter capacitors, and adds 1n4001 and self-recovery fuses to the positive and negative poles. The obvious feature of 6103 is its four 4148s, while the original 5198 uses 4001
