  • LOBO ST tuning

Dears, I want to open a topic about tuning of Tesoro Lobo ST. My european warranty is out soon, and: What I want? I need, really, change factory set of circuit from hard positive to light negative. I know, I could lost advantage in black sands and alkaline, but I can lost this function with no doubt due places where I running. How to do it? Yea, I know, it will hell in headphones.... No problem for me, my others are in this mode (GB man.) and I am able control it. Which trimmer is it?

    Thanks

Tesoro did not give lifelong warranty?

Yes, Tesoro detectors had a lifetime warranty, but only for the lifetime of the company.

Joseph93 , I don't understand what you are wanting to change. There is a schematic for the original Lobo floating around but I have never seen a schematic for the Lobo ST.

The original Lobo has manual ground balance, whereas the Lobo SuperTRAQ has a computerized ground tracking system.
I read somewhere that the original was designed by Jack Gifford and the ST by Dave Johnson.

interesting guess. there was an advertising remark of/from Tesoro somewhere? i doubt. russian guys did draw Tejon and Vaquero sch, i see just standart trimmer for GB, fixed.

Even with ground tracking, there is usually a trimmer for setting an initial ferrite reference point.
