Well I have the board built, and am just in the prcoess of winding the loop, wish me luck!

First you must buy good quality capacitors. If the capacitors are not " good quality" then you will have unstable frequency.

Well, I got it built tonight. Not being able to absolutely know if my coil was the correct inductance. I was not able to get any change in readings when a metalic object entered the coil area. I am going to tear it down and redo it just to make sure I didn't mess up somewhere.
