Looking into the battery compartment, which prong is positive? Left or right? I bought one without a battery box, so have to make one.

Thanks, Carl. They're available at Centerville for $25.00, too. The cheapest I found on Ebay last night was $50 +/-. But, I want to use rechargeables, and don't want to have to take the batteries out of the holder to charge them each time. I'm going to make a couple of the old types, using a 9v battery type connector, and NiMH AA cells. I already have a charger, with alligator clips I can use to recharge them. Thanks for the polarity info!
