You cannot get a perfect square wave on the CZ TX. A higher resistance (say, 1k) will give you a more accurate waveform, but the peaks will still be sloped as you see in the 198R case. The slope is caused by the TX resistance, which includes the coil, the switches, and the cap. Asymmetry might be due to the caps, or might be due to the different P & N switches.
