    What is the footprint, pin spacing and pin hole width for L1 and L2?
    Also; what is the battery voltage?
    Also; The IRF9Z34N is a P-channel mosfet and on your schematic is the symbol for an N-channel mosfet:

          The Battery voltage is 12v

          the detail for
          L1 and L2 is same size in this link i dont know where to check the size

                      Why do you want to make a PCB for it by yourself? For about 10$ you can buy a ready made one already! Buying all components and making your own PCB is much more expensive.

                        but im leaving in Malaysia bro all part in here more cheap like china
                        because we have electronic components factory,
                        and as the hobbyist i love electronics so must make by self
                        only electronic understanding how feel when you make something good by your hand
