resistance sub,capacitance sub schematics?

I was Hoping that Someone could post schematics Of resistance and capacitance substitution boxes for DIY?
I know this is all basic first semester stuff,But I am self tought(cannot blame anyone)

Resistance Substitution Box Schematic

This is what I could dig up on short notice. (I have some drawings, schematics from electronics school days (late '70s) in my notebook, just need to find the right one, packed away. Pretty simple if I remember right.)

Capacitor:
"Per "Modern Radio Servicing", the only values need for such a box are
8-10 mfd. (micro (Greek letter m) Farad - also listed as uF or mF), 0.1 mfd, and 0.005 mfd for any possible or conceivable radio repair (smaller cap values don't work too well in a sub box due to the capacitance of the leads involved). That of course is because any "in between" values make no real difference and are quite redundant. One should of course install a 0.047 mfd when that is what the schematic calls for, even though you used a substituted 0.1 mfd for diagnosis."

Thanks for the schematic,All my electronics books are in storage(I hope)
So much equipment I still need to Buy or make,mine is mostly obsolete,or uncalibrated.
