Gardiner did not use Phase-Shift, he used what he called a Gardiner Circuit!!! I know that several collectors out there collect these and was wondering if anyone reverse engineered this circuit? And / or any info on this circuit would be appreciated? Thanks Joe

Didn't Wilson use this type of circuit for his machines? If so it's only the same as the Whites classic III. I had a schematic of an old Wilson machine and all it did was use an in-phase and a quadrature channel with a resistor network across feeding a comparator with a variable reference. Above reference (disc point = signal..Etc). Another of the same provided ground balancing, though it was little more subtle than above.
