Does anyone have worked with IGBTs?
I want to know that they have internal protection diode or not...
If flyback voltage increase more than IGBT rated voltage, what will happen?

Thanks, But this doesn't answer to my question...
Metal detectors of this site are not practical... I made some of them...They are only expensive...
I can say that Hammerhead is very better than Miner!!!
