MINIDIVER (minipuls+minediver)

Hi all ,

Finally, ready my new project ,

first , I can't find tel-12... part so use two battery but if you can find this

part not need two battery.

second, you can see original minediver in this address:

I am busy and very tired, so test this metal detector for 4-5 time but

understand :

abut sensibility , with very good adjust with 35cm coil can detect

50cm X 50cm at 2m. (I only can do this for two time because can't adjust

very good in home).

with 35cm coil detect small silver ring at 19cm

and for other test like small coil , gold (because this metal detector have

DELAY adjustment) must wait, because my battery under charge.

If somebody have PCB layout tell , I send .

DP is STATIC non-motion specific deeper detector. ... so is not be for the comparison.

Minediver is a non-motion PI, too. Also it can support 1x1m coil, Max PW is 280us.

1843 , I saw in pulsdetektor.de forum, you wrote make minediver 2 .

and told "sampling timings has problem, minimum sample delay is about 70us!!"

can tell me how understand this , because i want test this but don't know

where of my minediver must test?

(In MINIDIVER if don't want LCD can don't use this, because this is very

sensitive and without LCD can use only headphone .but in minipulse must use

LCD)

Hi,
Now you have set the sample delay at 95us!
And when you set Delay pot at 500-520, the sample delay is about 180us!
Minediver doesn't detect Gold at all!

1843 , Can tell me how you understand about delay time?

because this is set by software into micro and can't test this time on

microcontroller pins or other location of circuit.

If maximum delay was 150us (Max told this is fix delay for minipuls)

delay pot can set delay between ?us and 150us .

I don't know ?us , you know what this minimum delay ?

I forget correct , MINIDIVER part list before send,

so change this parts :

R3=10k (100k for 18V , we use 12V so must use less resistor for R3)

R19=10k (in minipuls I could set null with 100 ohm but in minidiver can't , so

use 10k for null set and can do this)

Max ,can replace 4538 with 4528 or not ? and how must calculate timing ?
