I ask extreme help to anyone in the con. USA. I am in crisis situation. I won an item on ebay but me was refused to ship overseas I am in Lithuania (baltic state). who can re-send two broken metal detectors overseas?

Hi I have bought more or less ten detectors from USA some of them broken and others new. All of them have been bought from different senders and the price of the shipping by air never it have been more than 40 dollars.I have received these detectors in 10 days including the time in the customs.
I have used this detector in the Spanish beaches and it works good.
