            Bull****!

Hey Geshi! This wont work at all. After too much bugging and anoying on that stupid link, finally i downloaded file. It want extract at all. Even if i input your password...no succes. I have winrar installed here. Again nothing.
Why are you complicating things here??? Are you a joker?
Why not simply post file here. Or put it somewhere on some descent place BUT UNPACKED?
Internet is not as it was in the past. It became a huge pile of shi. latelly.
If i want to do a simple thing i need to fullfil so many lunatic conditions?
            Why is that so?
Cant you just do it as simple as possible?
If i want to share something here with people, i will simply post it here, without making to many stupid conditions; ....go there...go here....wait 30 seconds....register.....buy this...buy that.....give us your mail.....give password.....wait again.....suck this....suck that.....
At the end my pc get infected and i still dont have file!!!
YES, NO MATTER WHAT; I WILL REPEAT: INTERNET BECAME A HUGE PILE OF S.H.I.T. LATELY....TO MANY SICK BRAINS ARROUND...
Keep you "file" i dont need it any more.
My brother Vladimir already send it to me. Nice and clean schematic. Without to much philosophy.
            Bye!

I tried latelly to explore internet more. Up to recently i had slow dial-up connection. Now i have DSL....pretty fast.
So i performed sort of experimenting study on inernet as latest phenomena in human evolution. I dont want to bug much here about results.
But i noticed pretty malicious behavior on the .net latelly.
Here is a simple experiment you could do:
In search bar (whatever engine you might be used) just type "free" and "full" and add anything you want; "movies", "divx", "software", "games"...etc..etc
You'll end up with a very long list of links. Advetising pretty agressive "free" stuff. OK. Next thing is; just try to go there and to download anything claimed to be free!!!! Just go and try!
No way! You will be "bombed" with a huge number of totally lunatic demands and conditions you must do before gain that simple file you wanted from the beginning....
You will spend hours...there trying to meet all mentioned condition, you will be "bombed" with advertisments, anoying pop-ups, adwares, various spywares will try to install in to you system...Surfing will noticeably go slower....After hour or two you will end up with infected pc and WITHOUT file you wanted to download for free AS ADVETISED on very front page of that link...
So what is the story here? Internet became trullly poluted place latelly.
Even Yahoo..... i have mail account for some years there. Probably among oldest members there....Latelly they put very stupid flash animations in my mail box, which annoys me more and more, day by day. I am so pissed of...i will leave Yahoo for good and open new mail account at some othe place.
Are the nuts? Who ever asked me if i want stupid flash animations in my mail box? Nobobdy! So how the hell they have such courage to polute my mail box without asking me first? F.u.c.k. Yahoo! F.u.c.k. 99% of internet.

I will make batch file to directly connect here and nowhere else, to skip all the nonsence in between.
No use from internet any more...as it was in the past...
              Bull...!!!

                  Hi,
thanks for that schematic... yes... today Internet is a large pile of s... also to me. Only way to avoid troubles is keeping guard hi everytime, everywhere.

At the beginning of the story it was a completely different world: I saw in 1990 very nice communication between people... the emails, BBS and everything. I remember my cousin working at that time with people from USA just by wire using old few baud-rate modems .

And they made always great work that way ! Also after that and the introduction of the WWW after the invention of HTML/HTTP very bright things over the network, between e.g. university campus worldwide... but then after say 1996 I noticed a very bad way due to the explosion of web content and websites... internet companies.

To me... everytime that something become a new business the best you can expect is that you will submerged by advertising and unwanted attempts of violating your privacy!

Even the use of cookies is to me a clear example of that.

Anyway, now that's the music... and we have to do with all that stuff and some more brainless marketing people.

                  Kind regards,
                  Max

Thanks KT315. That link Vladimir send me already. Yes nice schematics there.
Tribute to the man who posted those there.

Yes Max, internet evolved, from "nice baby" to horrible Frankenstein! Thanks to few very sick brains. So we have situation that just a "handfull" of yoyos are annoying million others - good people...

Yes i am sort of "pioneer" too. In 1990. i used Hayes Hidden modem at 1200b/s......Wow! What a speed it was at the time! As much younger i used to hack into local academic network, every night...
Those were pretty naive times, comparing to today..
                      Anyway.....drop that...it's past...

Well, we have here W.Lahrs sketch of Goldseekers 15000....
I do hope it is not faken, since all other Lahrs sketches showed to be pretty accurate, so far....
Anybody alredy haveany experiences with this machine?
Is it worth it to be made?

ivconic your experience with the internet are uncommon for me... i have reasons not to register here, so i wasn't able to upload them directly. For that i took my time searching for the file and uploading it, you are spitting at me? No matter what you will say, you will not see me here again. This is the second time people being rude with me, no i am not going to register again and no i am not going to post here on this forum again, i'm sorry. Posting here the schematic doesn't make you a hero, neither me cos it wasnt me drawing this schematic!

                          Hi geshi,

People share their ideas and information on this board, and that's what the Internet is about! As contributions go, I have not been part of it but I would like to share my findings and experiences with people here as I have been learning a lot.

If you would like to contribute, it would be appreciated and I am sure we are all wanting to devise and build new detectors which are much more cheaper and efficient than commercial ones. I believe this forum is great and you might want to register here. Up to you!

                          Regards,

                          Oscar

I am not "spiting" at you. I am not able to open your file - simple as that.
First i had to go on that lunatic link, wait for 30 seconds ....tralalah...and than after a lot of troubles i downloaded your file. It is RAR archive, isnt it? So i have winrar installed here at my pc. It wont unpack it, reporting some error messages??? After all troubles all i gained is nervs breaking and corrupted file? So...?
It will be much easier if you posted it directly here without stupid password!
                            Why password? Protecting from whom?
                            You dont want to register?
                            Fine by me!
                            Why not?
It is 2 minutes job to register here....
Dont want to be here any more? Good bye than! Farewell!

                              How to avoid the spyware

                              Hi Ivconic,

I don't like jumping through hoops to get a single file either. Many web servers offer free file sharing at the expense of everyone registering before they can access the files. This is a typical advertising scam designed to collect your email address to send hundreds of advertising messages that include installable adwares. After these adwares are installed on your hard disk, they change your registry to automatically run background programs as soon as your PC boots, then report back to remote servers all of your browsing. Many of these installed programs include hidden exe files that will reinstall the adware if it becomes deleted.

The problem is not caused by the person who tries to post their circuits for others to see. The problem is caused by the web server who tricks people into thinking it is free with no cost. Their real motive is to get your email address and your IP to send lots of advertising to your browser and email. They try to make it very difficult to access the files because this will cause you to continue to fill out forms that will provide them links to send spam to your computer.

There is a solution to avoid these adware servers. You can share files several ways without needing to link through an adware server.

                              1. Easiest is to use the forum to post fully decoded graphic files that any computer can read.

                              2. If you want to post images or other files on a web server, then sign up for a free server and post your files there.
I don't recommend free servers that fill up your web pages with advertising. Even msn myspace and yahoo/geocities free web pages are too much advertising for my taste. You can find many free webservers without advertising at this link that tracks the quality of free webservers. http://www.free-webhosts.com/best-free-webhosts.php
I have been using free webservers for years that never had any ads of any kind on any of my web pages. And they allow approximately 10 times more upload/download traffic than I have ever needed.

                              3. Run Linux operating system for your web surfing.
Linux is immune to 90% of the adware because most adware is designed to attack Windows computers, not Linux. Most Linux distributions come with the necessary protection to prevent hacking and spyware intruders. You can install ububtu linux to a hard disk that already has Windows installed, and it will make a disk partition whatever size you want for the Linux system. After it is installed, you can choose whether to start the Windows or Linux operating system at time when you boot your computer. There are also many other versions of free Linux that you can download, some can boot from a CD or USB port flash memory, so you don't need to install it on your hard disk.

A final thought for those occasions when you have a strong reason to download a file from dangerous websites:
Get your PC protected to prevent the spyware and viruses from getting in. First, don't give out your email address to anyone that you don't know and trust. Second, have a good firewall and anti-spyware and virus program. The spyware has changed so Adaware and ZoneAlarm are not adequate to stop spyware as they were a few years ago. There are new free firewalls and adware programs that are much more effective. Here is a link to the 40 best freeware utilities that explains the best of the spyware protection programs (and a lot of other great free programs). http://www.techsupportalert.com/best...tilities.htm#3

While these tips don't stop the flood of spam from "Free everything" websites, they can help to keep your PC safe from these scumware web servers.

                              Best wishes,
                              J_P
