Hi,
it's unknown type of tesoro detector... probably some variant of silversabre.

It's a motion / disc detector.

The 7660 is unusual and can give better performance than the pesky converter we see in older schematics...more current.

The tlc272 is clearly an attempt to save current and maybe related to other stuff like bandido (that uses tlc2262 instead).

The scheme is familiar to tesoro's family but there are little differences from older.
