That Tek S/T was my all time favorite detector so far. It was very powerful.

I was a Teknetics dealer in the 80's and found a huge pile of CW relics with it. Went into the water with in in some lakes, and into the ocean in Pueto Rico.

I have a full size schematic of it packed away in a box somewhere. George Payne designed it.

Frank, I was a Teknetics, Compass, BountyHunter, Garrett, Whites, Gold Mountain, AH Pro, and so on, dealer back then too, started in 1973, and ended in 1999. If you find that schematic, let me know, as I really need it. I still have some Teks, BH Big Bud Pro, Compass, and some oldies in my basement, and some need some work on them done... I saw that funky looking thing. Think it's a martian detector, those aliens try to sneak into the USA all the time . They shape shift themselves into all sorts of sneaky hiding places during transport.
