That Tek S/T was my all time favorite detector so far. It was very powerful.

I was a Teknetics dealer in the 80's and found a huge pile of CW relics with it. Went into the water with in in some lakes, and into the ocean in Pueto Rico.

I have a full size schematic of it packed away in a box somewhere. George Payne designed it.

Frank, I was a Teknetics, Compass, BountyHunter, Garrett, Whites, Gold Mountain, AH Pro, and so on, dealer back then too, started in 1973, and ended in 1999. If you find that schematic, let me know, as I really need it. I still have some Teks, BH Big Bud Pro, Compass, and some oldies in my basement, and some need some work on them done... Thanks in advance.

If you click on "See other items" you get see all the other detectors he's selling. It looks like they're going for peanuts, and there's less than 1 day left.

            • I saw that funky looking thing. Think it's a martian detector, those aliens try to sneak into the USA all the time . They shape shift themselves into all sorts of sneaky hiding places during transport.

Actually it looks like it's made by DustBuster

My very first.. Bought with S&H Greenstamps back in the 60's. We used to crawl around on our hand and knees on grass next to the playground picking up lost coins.. It really works!
