ICONOS - any legal advice?

ICONOS has not shipped the product to me after 90 days of receiving my money. They actually gave me a fake courier tracking number and told me that the product was shipped. But the tracking number does not even exist.

Does anyone have any legal advice what step I should take to get my money back?

I already have called the telephone number several times.
I also send emails numerous times for their response.
They have not responded to my phone call or emails.
Now I am seeking a legal advice to get my money back or to get a working unit from Iconos.

It depends what you mean by "working".
But - seriously - this now looks like your only course of action.
