Hi,
use TS27M2, TS27L2, TLC27M2, TLC27L2 or (last choice) LS204.

Not fully equivalent stuff but REALLY close to it.

Other you can put there is TS272 or TLC272 or TLC2262... or TLV2262A but these are a bit different from it.

it's good too... even better than TS272 , consumption is higher (1.5mA) than 27m7 but good I think if supply is not a problem.

The real problem is find some of them... I had one but cause I found on a scrap PCB... it's not easy part respect to others... but if you can find a good dealer you'll get it. Farnell must have it.
