If you want to save money then check for shoulder or a chest harness for Binoculars , video cameras. Also cheap back-packs sometimes have a narrow front strap that will fit to the detector housing . I even saw someone use a stupid Bungee chord to take the weight off and it was flexible........You have options. Those CZ20 detectors were $ 999.00 on sale when they were new. So $600.00 was a very good price.....And find a nice gold ring on the beach , "your detector will be paid for" !!! ..............Eugene

Very good Eugene and thanks for all that ideas. Indeed i was thinking to make a homebrew chest harness. So all your recomendations are well recived.
Yes, the price for the detector i think was the best for my pocket.
Another question, do you now how to open the unit. This because last sundey while i was miving the detector, i noticed that something like a small ball was runing inside. May be something loosing inside the unit.
Anyway all controls are working, but i need to open it to see what the problem is.
Finally, were are you from?

Hi

I m still trying to get CZ 20 schematics, so if anyone can help please advise.

Also i need to know if CZ 20 coil has any semiconductors inside the coil, because i bealive the problem with my CZ 20 could be on the coil.
Next week i will try to pass the coil by an airport X ray machine to see whats inside

Hello , I am not sure if a schematic is posted here on Geotech of the CZ20. But I know there are a bunch of photo's of the PCB "circuit board". I am searching for the schematic , unless someone is faster ........Eugene

I am pretty sure the CZ20 10.5 inch coil does not have a circuit board inside . Next you should check the resistance of the tx and rx windings.
