An idea for USB detector

I dont know if its possible to make this interface adapt for sending and receiving signal to coils and analyzing the receiving signal by compiled softwares.

Aziz's ASUS PC will be great in this case.

We have audio ambed alredy and professional usb cards also.

Why re-inventing the tire?

It is much cheaper, faster and easier to use common sound-cards. Let the industry work for us and lets them spending lots of effort and money for development.

We can expect in the future much better sound-cards. Then we will be able to see never seen detection sensitivity yet.

Laptop detector will be one of the best VLF metal detectors ever. It will even compete and outperform with lots of PI's. And this is very cheap to realize.

We can already have today a very good Laptop VLF MD. And we will be able to upgrade this with better hardware later.

Nobody should wait for me or my work. This is the reason for why I am giving on the other thread as much proof, hints and infos as possible. This should encourage other people to start with such a similar or same project. I have no commercial interests yet. But there is too much work and effort to invest yet. The reason for my effort is only private. I want to have a homebrew one, that nobody else has! It is just for fun until I have done all my todo's here at damn krauts (referred only to government and judge)!

If I would supply some sort of code or binary for free, I will surely get much implication of problems forced by the MD manufacturer. I am sure this technology will change the market.
So letting there business keeping alive and they will keep me alive!

Therefore no source codes and no intellectual property from me. But a very simple demo is probably possible.

You have got to be kidding me! I wonder if the MD manufacturer are watching us how? LOL.

I think you may be overreacting and paranoid, but that's my 2 cents.

How many people do you really think are gonna what to walk around with a laptop and a coil instead of just using a regular MD ?
Now if we were talking a ground penetrating radar, Then i can see a reason for the paranoid but not a MD, but again that's only my 2 cents

I think the laptop Md would be fun to play around with, but i wouldn't want to take a laptop MD out to the field all day and carry a lot of weight around my neck. That why i think the MD manufacturer really wouldn't care about a laptop MD otherwise i think they would of built one themselves by now. but again that's only my 2 cents
