  • VLF Connector

    Hi,

Saw these connectors posted by Max:

    http://www.maplin.co.uk/Search.aspx?...y%20Connectors

These look good but could not find these in USA. Found others but very much $$$$$$

Finally found at Radio shack:Plug $4

    http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...entPage=search

    and Jack $4

    http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...entPage=search

They had a local store, 4 pin only but should be good for most VLFs. Good quality part.

Make sure a look in component draw, sale people don't some times know where these are.

      inline?

If anyone knows of similar low-cost "inline" connector I'd like to find one for trying different coils with Tesoro Compadre (hard wired).

Yes it is a very good option connector for coil , I use it from years ,if you search a little in the net you will find very cheap 1,2Dlls...
For the power supply if you have external ,i used Cannon microphone plug and base , very strong and good connector
        Have a good day

If you can get the gold plated version would be better...
specially if using for the PI machines
          cheers

The good old Neutrik XLR Connectors should work, too.
These are used for stage Microphones (symmetric) and DMX Light control.
Not cheap, but very common and fine quality.
