PIC16F84A-PLEASE HELP ME

I use the same software (icprog.exe v1.05E) under Windows XP and a programmer compatible JDM. My hardware settings are Direct I/O and all "Communications" options are unchecked for my programmer. On my programmer board is written: Silicon Chip, ZA1046 PIC/EEPROM Programmer. I can successfully program PIC16F84A and PIC16F628.
