Beach detector

Hi,
I am looking to buy a second hand detector to use soley on the beach and wet sand.

I have two detectors that I use inland, XP goldmax power and the XP Adventis.

I hardley ever go to the beach but on the few times that I viset, I want to try detecting.

What detector would suit my needs???

Also what is the Minelab eureka like for this type of work.

A Minelab Sovereign XS or XS2 with a 15" Coiltek WOT coil makes a killer combination on dry and wet sand, getting coins as deep as about 16" while auto balancing for minimal adjusting.

how would the eureka compaire with a sovergin or any other detector for that matter.

Uhm... I think any good , dual sampling, PI is quite good at beach...

I know many that found good stuff there....

but big trouble is that good PIs will also find "lost" syringes.... and all other garbage there....

so think twice before spend so much money unless you know your beaches are really good and clean from trash and dangerous stuff... like some old "metal capital"!
