help with buying a Pi

Sorry but not really a tec question, dont know were else to post it.

I am looking to buy a GOOD but cheap beach detector.

Second hand is fine, or in the case or the c-scope cs4Pi, new a just under £200 british pounds.

And advise on what to buy??

what is the CS4Pi like?? is there better for that money, even if it means buying second hand
