seems someone did bring a TX driver out of a box. the original TX driver has 4 mos-fet transistors, 'full bridge output driver'. via this device you can control outer power supply and accordingly to control a power on TX coil. minus I see you would bring additional power supply... meantime GT is so heavy...

Actually..it could be just another amplification stage in chain. We do know Sovereign RX frontend is already placed in coil housing, so...not a big deal to "bypass" it with another amplification stage. I think TX there remained untouched.
