This is really an extremly good depth result!
If possible, show us more pix n test-results!

If the coil is set to perfect resonance at very high sensitivity and used with special
care so nothing disturbing over ground changes this fixed 'oscillating ground circuit'
it may be possible especially if the surrounding ground differs from the usual there.

This is really a highend transceiver connected with special coil and not simple
circuit through some windings! If I have some time I will post tests made with
the super depth 1m coil. I guess it contains aorund 8kg of very thin copper-wire
and I can assure you it will reach very deep metal stuff with it's powerful EMfield.

    • Jeohunter finds 500 grams of beercaps at 2 feet !

Yesterday I've tested the improved extended cable of the 45cm Excelerator coil
together with the Garrett GTI 1500 and under some tree I got a detection signal
      that was constant from all directions - left-right, right-left, up-down and down-up.

So I dugged and dugged and dugged almost down to over 2 feet and - nothing!
Just at one side of the hole there was an amount of loam that made me cautious.

Today I checked that still open hole with the Jeohunter and directly it was clear
that there is no metal! This was the proof the GTI1500 wrongly detects metal if
there are parts of highly mineralized soil - and this is not funny if the signal is
clear and you dig for hours very deep holes!

However today I used this hole to bury one pound of beercaps at 2 feet / 66cm.
Yes, beer caps, because I have collected alot of them and I wasn't motivated
to bury 1kg of coins at 2 feet and after bury them dig them out again.

You can download the videos here:

      http://www.multiupload.com/BMGKMGL606

The Jeohunter was able to detect them even at 70% sensitivity (I filmed both,
detection 90% and 70%). Those are of iron or steel and the iron off disc worked
very good. The ground consists of high mineralized clay / loam and was heavily
compressed after closing (every 20cm layer the soil-material was stamped).

Another proof how fantastic and reliable the Jeohunter works!

      • Hi fun finder
My first detector later 14 year ago is garrett cx3 so gti 2500 so whites xlt so minilab but all of this detector have problem by mineral soil and detect & give wrongly signal but when you detect by geohunter error probability is very low because Minerals are not affected to this detector if detect a mineral The signal can be easily understood in Oscilloscope display Such that :Oscilloscope display shows a straight line.when i detect by geohunter and display signal i Understand size and depth of target before dig.
I attach my baby and super depth detector.
        Thank's of your test

        • thx for the new info - that's really terrible if all those well known brand detectors
are unable to work reliable at high mineralized ground! And this is not
professional work and it's not the reason of a metal detector to give misleading
results that can lead to dozens of hours hard work diggin very deep holes while
wasting alot precious time that should be used for "granted treasure-hunting".

And the complete way in the wrong direction of those well know MD facturers
ist to built the detection units inclusive batterypacks directly onto the holder!
How do they want to search with larger coils for more than 5 minutes? What
they're doing is destroying every realistic deep-search possibilities.

The Jeohunter unit hangs around the neck and this is perfect weight reducing.
And using bungee cords and stuff not really is practical under hard conditions.

Cool pix, ishtar hunter. The protection foil against rain or water is a good
idea. Yes, Jeosonar and Jeohunter are same, only the language is different.

Idea: You may find some big plasticwheels for driving the large coil on your
own very fast over large areas. The wheel has to be large and soft enough
and there should be a good method to attach that coil above one wheel or
inbetween 2 wheels left and right - everything made out of wood or plastic.

Look at this beautifull findings, found with Jeohunter and Jeosonar.

            Isnt amazing?

I think you're sick.but i can find a tunnel by geosonar and i attach a image of detection in turkey and it's in makro Company.detect in 8 meter depth.
You now work by whites detector but i work 14 year's ago and i far off (whites)

You give me very hard argument now, ishtar hunter. I cannot oppose such brilliant argument anymore.

What about to remove your scam people promotional tricks from Tech forum to Buy-Sell-Trade forum?
Or maybe to Remote sensing forum?

Look at the beautiful WM6, he knows nothing about metal detectors, he has no convining arguments why the Jeohunter does not work, he finds no cavity but perhaps he lives in a cave and he seems to be very tired or without power because his posts are so extremly short.

WM6, we need a special offtopic forum extra for you where you can write your jokes, your remote sensing nonsense, your not knowing anything stuff about good detectors. There you also can defend yourself why you only are able writing substance-less and all this stupid timewasting childsplay-crap! Perhaps you made some experiments with extreme high radiation that fried your brain a little bit or you have some crazy reasons to hate metal-detectors generally. However, if you continue I will guarantee you NO single ONE here ever will take you for serious.

And now prove to ourselfes that you really have a Whites detector... ...
We will see how good are your arguments or if you're just fooling everyone...

Even for jokes made in a non-English language (in this case, Turkish), you should provide a translation:
"Most metal detectors are good, but Jeohunter God."

                        Hi Funfinder,

what happen with you? Why all this so ugly words?

Is this because I made this collection of your own criticism on your cannonball detector:

                        http://www.geotech1.com/forums/showp...&postcount=238 ?

Don't worry. Citation was taken from the times when you were relatively normal (do you remember start of this tread 02-20-2010?). And then something happen with you. I dont know what, probably first cannonbal you found is fallen at your toe, but you became crazy. You see what gaming with Nintendo cannonball detector could cause? Do not say that I did not warn you in time about such playing. And now? Now you become Madfinder from Funfinder. I undestand you, but for God's sake, I pray you again, sell your dangerous cannonball-finder as soon as possible to not completely ruin your health.

                        • Hi mikebg,

I like Bulgaria and Turkey but Jeohunter is not god - it is more like phoenix from the ashes
(see avatar) because it's purpose and ability is to "lift" great finds from long ago "buried times" so they can shine again. And the Jeohunter is no Icarus where the feathers will fall off if they come close to the sun - this is a very reliable detector.

And we need further improvements - larger but very lightweight coil for super depth!

                          @ WM6
At least some longer reply, very fine, but not substancial. You may defend your person by false claims how "bad" I treat you but this is again just your subjective opinion and the problem is - only such treatment will help against you!

You are writing offending, substanceless and offtopic crap without end and don't get it!

How you can dare to telling the Jeohunter is "Nintendo Game" if you never have worked with such detector and guaranteed not for longer time? Should I start to claim that your Ma's a b*tch - this would be the same and how would you like it ???

So keep you fingers away from the keyboard if you know nothing about the Jeohunter, and you don't know anything!

WM6, You are arrogant, impudent and you're constructing crazy buildings in your mind that are far away from any reality!

And you are destroying the motivation for metal detection!

This is no constructive electronical help you have to offer but just stupid jokes! And that's the reason why you like to provocate at the Remote Sensing forum that much. Look at your new reply at geophysics with OKM EXP4000 - are you completly nuts???

You want to falsify claims by stupid counter-attacks? You can have it. But this is no scientifical work but childish jokes what you are producing here! And you are no Madfinder, you are already fully mad.

Give us technical fundamential arguments or play somewhere else, this is no Hippie Community here were some frustrated electronical freaks on drugs can make everything look bad and "not working".

I know all those fact, my dear friend, but this is not important.

What is important to me, is statement one of Jeohunter dealer (you understand that I cannot discover his name). On my question if Jeohunter is good buying decision for prospecting, he emailed answer to me (here with my words because of his indicative slangish English): ".... I cannot suggest you Jeohunter for prospecting, it is not very sensitive for natural tiny gold, we have a large selection of other detectors, which I can recommend you for prospecting ...." And in then another email: " ... in our test with gold coin very shallow, no more than 6cm deep in soil. I can recommend you ...."

What to conclude from this and your more than year long argumentation with cannoball detecting?

Look, you are good constructor in electronic, left this relic Jeohunter in Ruhe, and start to develop and test new ideas and share it with us here. I am first that will support your work.

A good joke is often repeated.

Don't worry funfinder- I don't know if I will purchase a jeotech as a first machine instead of a pulse with a big 'ol coil, but you have me convinced that it has potential and is worth trying. If it is more sensitive than a two box and can see voids that is very important.
WM6 is actually kinda funny. Just smile. Nothing else to do.
