hei, hello my friend finder joehunter can you sent me a pictured of recoding of your ossilloscope find tunnel target
Geo-i ... you only need to post your request for information once - not 4 times - and then be patient while you wait for Funfinder to reply.
If he doesn't reply, try sending him a PM.
dear sir, sorry the miss communication yesteday.now need your help.my equiepment joehunter 3d have some trouble.i have been keeping the machine for last 8 mounth ,now i need to use it again but the battery does not charging.does it because of the adapter does not working .wating for your advice thank you

You are posting the same question again and again, this is not good and considered to be very bad manners.
What test instruments do you have that you also know how to use?
Do take into account that the charger for a device with a battery made up of more than one cell, must be exactly designed for the battery in question, this does not appear to be the case here if I understand you correctly.
Charging of each cell seperately in a good charger may "recover" any cells that have problems.
Maybe the battery has one or more cells that are now damaged and no more recoverable, if so, I would recommend replacing aLL the cells together.
Its difficult to help you as your infos are not easy to understand and your technical knowledge appears to be severely limited, so it may be a better idea to send the unit for service at the proper place.
regards
Andy
hi, andy i am sorry for the error sent a post yesterday .thanks you for the advice battery charger . i use 3d markro joehunter detector i know use but it is not the same as in the guide books . i hope will help in learning to use
Because it finds everything! A little 2cm small musket 12cm deep (in the afternoon) and an ultra rare 17cm special cannonball just 8cm below (in the evening). This is reality, it happened today!
At 80% sensitivity on high mineralized ground with alot of small hills, trees, roots and wet grass, not to forget 380kv lines nearby.
Search radius around 1.70m with medium alu-tube.
Because one of the most important things treasure-hunters forget is that this world is huge and the search coils most of the time are much too small and short! Those can find coins or gold-nuggets at a small area per day but even this could take ages.
Thats's why the Jeohunter is such a fantastic solution:
I finds small stuff and larger very deep stuff and cavity and has a huge coil that covers alot ground!
Any searchcoil has to be very close or above the find - that's the most important thing. Shure, todays finds I would have found even with the cheapest MDs - buuuttttt: Such cheap detectors most of the time have very small coils and not much depth or search range outside the coil-diameter and covering huge sites with such detectors would take 10x longer at minimum. And with large PI frames you will miss small finds for shure and most of the time there isn't alot big and deep stuff out there.
Anyway:
This find is really fantastic now! And it's absolute authentic, believe me. The last time when I found a special cannonball I did not say that I found it with the Jeohunter because this would have been a lie and unfair. It's just not my style because it wouldn't be objective and I don't need cheap tricks, it would be below my honor. And btw. I have nothing to lose with the Jeohunter anyway. If persons are interested and clever enough they can understand or find out the truth by themself and otherwise it's their business and I don't care.
However this todays find is another proof that you will! have good success with the Jeohunter!
The new reset-button works great - even with gloves, and those coil-holder modification after just 3 days has shown it's great value!
Because you really have to cover alot ground to find something! Everything else is unrealistic or childsplay! Today I'd run a search-circle of around 400 meters in diameter - within ca. 5 hours. Of course this circle has had more the shape of a potatoe with alot of zig-zags but luckily finally it did lead me to that lucky spot.
Seems it's deep-depleted (discharged) and you have to order a new one. If a lithium-ion cell goes below 2.5 to 3 volts most chargers recognise it as bad.
A few days ago I checked how to store accu-batteries the best:
The best way is to store them fully charged! If you store them uncharged they will deep-deplete and storing them half-charged (as alot people say) is difficult and also has the risk of deep-discharge.
It's not good to keep laptop-accus all the time fully loaded because the electricitynet power-adapter is all the time working but it's no problem to store them fully charged because they will lose energy anyway after some months.
If you don't use the Jeohunter for a longer time charge the accu(s) fully with a matching loader (the block contains 2 x 4cells a 3,7v in series = 2 x 2000mAh at 14,8v) and recharge them at least every 3 months.

Finally about the Nexus Ultima 5F
It's a very good detector for deep search, too, but it has drawbacks:
- The coil has 90° wrong direction for best ground-covering
- it can detect cavity but not very good
- you can not search in or near houses - it is very picky concerning electro-smog
- you don't get a bag for this detector and it's huge coil, you have to find some on your own
- it's not possible to hang the electronic-unit around the neck which will make longer search-sessions very exhausting
- you can't test this MD before buying because most resellers don't own such detectors or have them for demonstration purposes
- it will take around 10 days until this MD has been produced and first you have to assure the payment will be OK
With it's 20'' (35'' broad!) coil it may get some better depth than the Jeohunter with it's standard coil but handling such a coil could be much more problematic, especially if the site is not totally flat or covered with bushes, trees, rocks etc.
But it's good that you can easily use smaller coils, too.
How it performs at very strong mineralized soil we haven't tested yet - I hope it's problems with electrosmog don't create the same trouble with such soil, because such soil can reflect and disturb the sensitive electronic, too.
Personally I prefer the Jeohunter, but the Ultima is great for single person ultra deep search without a large frame or assistent. However - first we should find a person who owns such detector and next we can open a new thread and after alot tests we really know it better. Because one open question is about how good it will detect small objects - under real conditions. And we need to find out if this "resonance-tuning" really is that super powerful. Hopefully we get some user of this MD here so we can answer all those questions.
hello my fun finder my bad luck today i had a problem with the joehunter my cable cut off at the main plug during work i tried to install the improvement it does not work correctly .does anyone can help how to connect correctly .see picture

@ indio yaqui
for depth please check out the instruction videos at youtube.
You can find the links 1 or 2 pages earlier here.
Or in short:
Move the edge of the coil until you get a signal from both directions,
press depth, press accept to input the objects size (10cm, 20cm etc.), press accept and press the scan button while moving the coil slowly over the target, release the scan button after passing over the target and the depth analyses screen will appear.
@ geo-i
I'm sorry you had bad luck with the cable. What mod did you made? Please tell us exactly where the cable was cut off and attach picture here so I have the needed informations for helping you.
Below you can see my new tricky resetbutton:
It's pushable by the little fingers (both hands) because the whole weight is concentrated at the upper region of the handle inclusive the stronger fingers there for holding. This way the coil can be still moved perfect controlable without losing power. btw. the orig. Jeohunter holder is shaped for right hand use which makes the search by the left hand a little bit uncomfortable. The best solution however is a handle with a very soft foamgum above the holding hands fist so around 75% of the holding-weight goes there and not into the fingers. I used the holder of the Garrett GTI 1500 for this mod which has a hard plastic part there which was very good to drill and melt the reset-button into it. Afterwards it was covered by the soft foamgum of the Fisher 1266-X.
hello friend my problem now is cable disconnected form the main plug i dont know the location of the main soket wayer please an indication of the orginal position (picture) wayer need to be connect
Thx for the info and pix, geo-i - here a little help, my friend.
Below are my connections for the soldering pins which
can be seen on your picture and should also work for you.
important:
Make shure that your coil-cable has been put already
correct through the pole and stuff how you liked it and also
drag the gum-parts and second part of the metal connector
over the cable before starting soldering.
next:
Bridge pin B and pin D with a small cable so the
Jeohunter recognises the coil as the standard coil.
(the small coil needs no bridging and the 1m coil
gets recognised if B-D-E is connected - see graphic)
Solder the shielding of the grey cable to pin A
and the white wire of the grey cable to pin B.
Solder the single white wire to pin C (see below).
The large shielding is not connected.
finally:
Connect the plug with the Jeohunter and start
to make a short test if the coil works fine again,
isolate the cables well and close the connector-plug.
Depending how good are your skills in soldering you
could use the chance of this broken cable to create a
little bit longer cable now for the Jeohunter but only
if you want to get more than 2 meters coil-distance.
Good luck! , geo-i , and tell us your results and other infos.
