scrap of scum is your Nokta. you think you got $$$ money and now can input it in advertising your scrap on Geotech. yeah? although admin did not welcome these people as you and get NOTHING from the advertising billions dollars. we are knowing good Bulgarian PI mashines so these Bulgar people are silent, they do not use the forum for advertising aims of their very good detectors.

That's a tech forum so finally we should focus on the technical details!
If somebody wanna search real deep, he has 3 choices:
PI with large coils: Doesn't find smaller things.
PI with medium coils: Problems with discrimination and wrong signals on heavy mineralized soil
FLV with large coils (Jeohunter, Jeosonar or Nokta): Expensive and not that easy to handle
- A large coil needs more stability and heavier mounting.
- A medium PI coil is good for deep coins and objects to 10cm in soil, sand or with unproblematical mineralisation
- the bulgarian PIs:
DeepTech Megapulse III (28cm coil) (950 Euro)
http://www.deeptech-bg.com/megapulse...gapulseIII.pdf
- Small objects like bottle caps, pull tabs, pieces of aluminum are rejected
- The device can be operated effectively in highly mineralized soil areas, beaches, fresh and salt waters.
- High quality components are used and all critical parts of the circuit are
designed to align themselves to signal drift due to changing temperatures
- The hot rocks are categorically ignored!!! Small objects don't show up if you work with the 1m coil and it has no discrimination; Besides it has no cavity and grafical display.
DeepTech SDP 2014A (28cm & 1m coils) (1350Euro)
!!! Uses a magnetometer to distinct between ferrous and nonferrous metal - well, better than nothing... But same above with small objects if you search deep with the 1m coil - and you just can work with one coil at the same time. No cavity, no display, no metal specification.
DeepTech GroundPionier 4500 (28cm & 1m coils) (1550 Euro)
http://www.deeptech-bg.com/gp4500/GP4500.pdf
http://www.deeptech-bg.com/gp4500/gp4500_german.pdf
(see for depth test results!)
!!! Well, it has a LCD Display, but same magnetometer stuff and same problem with "too large coil". You can walk around with this 1m thingy and miss alot precious stuff.
Lets take a look to the in air tests:
Ring, diam. 21mm, thick 2mm:
11'' DD Coil: 35cm
1m Coil: nothing
The Jeohunter finds such a ring at ca. 25-30 cm, depending if iron on or off.
The smallest with 1m coil it finds is a 0.33l cola can:
11'' (28cm) coil: 78cm
1m (40'') coil: 145cm
Jeohunter finds such a can at around 85cm but it also finds even 8mm small objects at 8cm - and all inbetween that range.
I really love Bulgaria, I listen to balkanika.tv and Fan.tv via 16° East Sat all the time, and I really respect the electronical engineers there.
You can get really price-worthy detectors in or from Bulgaria like the Deeptech Vista RG 750 (350 Euro) or the Blisstool LTC48X (450 Euro).
There also some good MDs from Hungaria like Cobra or from Poland for cheap money. All these machines are much better than those from China but of course you have to made down-cuts related to service, quality, warranty compared with well known or expensive brands. Makrodedektör as example also works for NASA, police and military (it builts also demining detectors, and those have to be reliable).
btw. 1500 Euro (almost 2000 Dollars) for a bulgarian PI Machine is not really "cheap" or "priceworth". It's very expensive because alot if not the most people there earn only 150-300 Euros /Dollars per month.
PI only goes that deep because it saves alot power with it's short pulses so it can radiate high currents with the coils. I have a better idea: Why not double the radiation power of VLFs and integrate a interruption circuit? A IC-Timer that switches the coil on and off every 1/20 second. This leaves enough time for building up the needed EM-field, gives enough time for recognition if the coil swings not too fast.
But first we need a better coil!
This coil has to have eliptical dimensions 38x28cm and must include 2 pairs of coils. One for larger objects and one for smaller ones. And this coil has ultrabright switchable LED lamps to light the soil at night.
If I should be more motivated I will help to invent this and with creating the schematic. 2 days ago I modified a bicycle-dynamo and attached a selfmade AC/DC current changer plus LED-Lamp but those bike-dynos have really a very bad power-output.
However:
Writing all of this was alot work compared with those cheap: "all this is scum and scam and sh*t stuff"-comments but it should give you a real good and fair overview about those bulgarian detectors. Buy one, if you like and support the lovely bulgarian people - but think twice if you will really use such "deep-detector" or if it's just a new toy which is lying in the corner after 1 or two weeks or months. I'm using the Jeohunter because I want to have the chance finding small and deep targets at the same time. And alot of the time you go out searching you have just one chance because this day you go that special way with your detector and the next day you will go a different way, if you should go this way a second time at all!
Think about it if you really wanna search serious, effective and successful.

Hi, Funfinder, your "technical knowldge" of salaries in Bulgaria is very interesting. What's your "technical knowledge" of salaries in Turkey? Acording to my information they are not too different from these in Bulgaria:
http://www.korotonomedya.net/kor/index.php?gundem
Does it mean that Jeohunter have to be sold at that price - 6500USD?:

The video is from turkish forum:

Jeohunter is only very expensive Nintendo, nothing else. So better to use cheap Nintendo in original. Proven.
And dont play Calimeros. You start to polute this technical forum with disgusting advertising hidden under quasy serial test reports.
So what you want is what you get.

Jeohunter Platine!
An autorized person opened the Jeohunter and took some pictures so you can see how special and Hitec the Jeohunter really is!
You can't compare this to some 50-100 electronical part circuits some guys like WM6 here play with!
It uses 10 ICs and some of them are really powerful micro-computers on their own!
And this doesn't contain the TX-RX Circuits because they are well EM-secured in an Alu-housing, located under the large transitors.
@Hi, MLR !
Thanx for the links.
First income and salaries are depending if you live in a city or in a small village in Bulgaria or Turkey. Next you need workers with a better education in electronic- and computer business. Those also will cost more than a handworker. Third some electronic parts are even computer-chips are expensive at international prices - you even can't all of them cheap from china, only perhaps faked ones. So for shure the price adds up in the end and thats why even such PI- or other Machines from Bulgaria (btw. they also produce the Golden Mask III which is a tweaked Tesoro Clone) are really expensive compared to usual lifestyle. Maybe it is also a question how much money professional treasure-hunters have to spent! If I'm shure I will Gold for 20.000 Dollars 2m down I will buy a MD that will goes so deep, because I have still enough profit.
The Jeosonar comes with 3 coils, one is 60x100cm and one smaller one is 25x35cm, besides it has a special LED-Unit at the Coil holder like other detectors for detecting with LCD-Display off.
The Jeohunter in Europe now costs 3200 Euro. Shure, this is alot money compared to that "little bit of electronic" but don't forget the development-costs and that this is no mass-production from China.
There is much more effort behind that you can think of. This also includes warranty-services and further development investments a good company has to incalculate for surving!
@ WM6:
> Jeohunter is only very expensive Nintendo, nothing else. So better to use cheap Nintendo in original. Proven.
You are that crazy it's already funny again!
Who has this proven? You? I'm shure you even know anything about Nintendo's.
You will get what you deserve, if you want it or not!
Believe me! Because all of your accusations are pointless.
Show us your proves if you don't want that everybody no longer takes you for serious! Come on, bring them on the table if you can or just can't you accept that technic developes and your mind is to slow for it? Wisdom is behind you but you are faster - that's your problem!
You are like some Long-Distance-Range-Detector fanatics who believe in earth-rays and Hartmann-nets! So far not any single technical argument why the Jeohunter should be that bad as you make 'em! Is this serious and technical style or is it just plain stupidity?!
Because you have NO arguments at all! All you can do is make things bad you don't know nothing about it. You are one of those electronic-freaks sitting all day and night in their little dark chamber and have no practise in treasure-hunting, am I right?! You see it all through your distorted glasses.
I warn you!
Either you WM6 bring up finally some good technical arguments against the Jeohunter or you will get massive problems here. This is a technical forum and not a primitive: "talk technic bad"-Forum! It's really sad what has happened to you so you got such sad attitude in life and for good technic. You WM6 live in your own little world and can't accept facts!
WM6, what are your real intentions for wanna destroying the good image of Jeohunter? If they are real technical, you got now your final chance telling your so called "proves" or reasons! If they are not technical, look for a better way getting rid of your frustration-problems.
Reply with a technical interresting posting if you can!

Funfinder, you probably do not realize, as your writing (read yourself again), especially with recent interior shots, the technical aspect Jeohunter is completely ridiculous. Sell as soon as you can this technical comicality (in other words: hi tech unworking dowsing rod). I know a guy who has totaly disappointed by his Jeohunter and returned to his old XP.

Please, WM6, is it so hard for you just writing good technical arguments? I know also alot guys but I built up my own knowledge and opinions - this is far better.
With my "dowsing-rod"a few hours ago I found an 1,9cm small coin from 1924 and again a very old horseshoe! I found also 3 phone-coins from Italy and a shining plaquette.
And even with large near metal objects like refrigerator and bike it detects an alu-case 50x40cm from 2 meter distance!
WM6 - you are from Slovenia, right? Why don't you drive to Carinthia, Klagenfurt to www.nuggets.at and prove the Jeohunter on your own? Perhaps 130-150km distance from Borovnica via Jesenice. It's not very far.
If you just wanna find coins and little stuff use a normal detector - if you are lucky it will detect coins down to 50cm - fantastic! The Jeohunter doesn't, but still until 25-35cm depending on the size neverthless.
Just keep in mind that normal detectors with "little coils" won't find you that good real old deep stuff and you have much more to sweep around. It all depends on what you or other treasure-hunters personally want.

Video-Clip
Here's my first Jeohunter video as a proof it really works and how:
http://www.multiupload.com/7M52A9KTSV
With a bit expirience you will find alot small things and not only large stuff:
As example yesterday (I also shot the movie) found 3 little lead muscete-balls just 17mm in diameter!
And, this is another important point:
So far my practise with iron-off mode you really find good stuff only. One cannonball, 2 very old horseshoes (within 3 days - this means really much luck!), coins, old munition related stuff, a medieval knife and small blade etc.
No rusty nails and "cheap iron"-stuff, but very old steel objects. You even can search for mineralized stones, and for me those are interresting. With Ground-Balance minus 201 you can blend them out but lose sensitivity on metal objects, and with plus 201 you can get the max metal-detection sensitivity if ground is not extremly mineralized. The usual adjustment is zero but you can select any value as you prefer.
If somebody still thinks the Jeohunter is a fraud and doesn't function he's just plain stupid and ignorant! Maybe this machine is very or too expensive for most usual treasure-hunters, but compared to the Nokta it has a much much better price-worthyness relation (and uses a better mainboard), it has proven the ability finding very small to deep large objects and costs much less than all those grafical display deep locators.

Hello there Funfinder,
Congrats for your toy, I am in a furious debate with myself because I still don´t decide wether to buy the golden king or the jeohunter. Tell me something: is it easy to read the screen under direct sunlight? the buttons on the unit are easy to push? are they apart enough to press only the button you desire? don´t they get stuck (pushed)? the readings are accurate? what is the maximun depth reached by you? Hope you can give us this info related to quality.

Hi cholo manaba,
and greetz to Equador. Perhaps sometimes I will visit this region and search for emeralds at Muzo, Columbia.
Thanx for your interrest and of course I will tell you true and reliable information:
btw this toy really makes addicted!
If I start searching with it I can't stop 'til all muscles and current power is gone - and I have two Accu-packs.
- Don't buy the Nokta - it cost ya 2500-3000 Euro/Dollars more and is almost the same.
- The relative cheap LCD even at brightness 100% is hard to read under direct sunlight, but readable. If it's not too bright outside you can read it very well. But in practise that LCD has to be used just at good "long" signals at all (depth and metal analyses). I use "iron-off" and if i get a short signal (means near object) I directly dig it out - works much faster.
- On longer searches the just 2.5kg coil inclusive Holder-weight goes into the arms, so you must have some muscles or change more often from one arm to the other. If still too heavy, it is also possibly buying some detector-aid stuff that will make hunting much more comfortable.
- The touchpad-buttons have a good definition and work very well. And they're water / dirt secured. They don't get stuck and have 2-3cm (around 1 inch) distance.
- Pinpointing works well, even with very small objects.
- Depth Analaysis normally works from 10cm to 120cm broad signals/objects. Because the lowest 10cm range most of the objects are smaller and because of that nearer than shown on the screen. So you have joy if you don't have to dig that deep as shown, but you also shouldn't directy start digging out a super large hole.
- As stated in the manual sometimes even very old and long buried iron or steel objectes can give the impression of Gold. So my cannonball was recognised as gold, but I think it may also could have some special iron-lead alloy for making it heavier.
- Only iron, steel and gold is named for direct recognition. Silver as example is shown as 80% valuable.
- The depth-values as describe in the manual or website I have tested so far just until "alu-case" size and this was 2m in air. So I guess the bigger values should be OK, too. But those results you get with iron-off and 100% sensitivity.
- I'm personally using 80% sensitivity and iron off because of the easier and faster working and less re-adjustments.
That was the deepest I dig out so far. That 9cm "bullet" in air at 70% sens / iron off comes to 60cm - so there's not much difference - at least with long buried objects.
So far I haven't tested from what distance as ex. an 1x1meter object is recognisable but I could if you really want to know. I guess in air it will be around 2,5 - 3 meters.
Most objects have the size from 1x1cm to 40x40cm (half inch to 15 inches) and because of the coil size and high sensitivity even for little objects you're very fast in hunting and get real good results.

Well, well, you almost have me convinced. There is an issue with the weight of the coil, but I guess I will have to live with it
. (No pain - no gain). However I just discovered that they are ISO 9001 certified (unless is fake), which have me impressed
. Nokta does not have this.
I hate to change subject and give them reason to argue, but I think the guys WM6 and KT315 had their chance to say what they think, and we respect it, however they don't seem to respect your point of view, which bothers me. I kindly ask them (WM6 and KT315) to stop their negativity towards Nokta and Jeo detectors. Consider that there are people who are willing to give it a chance. I read negative comments about OKM machinery, but nevertheless I bough a Rover C... now I am a believer (even though these detectors are extremely expensive). Nokta and jeo series are still expensive, but let people make their choices. Just a warning is enough for people to buy or not buy, neither excesive publicity is enough if somebody does not buy what the announcer is saying. Thanks for understanding and hope these guys don't fire at me now.

You will have an interesting technical toy with the detecting capabilities at the Chinese better detectors.
However, those who seek a second opinion he got it.

@ WM6:
> You will have an interesting technical toy with the detecting capabilities at the Chinese better detectors.
This is absolutly ridicilous.
No chinese detector will find stuff at 2.5 Meters!
Please finally do yourself a favour, go to Klagenfurt and test that device on your own!
And after this concentrate your hate on Nokta only, because this is really a totally overpriced rip-off.
@ cholo manaba:
It really depends on your needs and what you wanna find. Jeohunter is a Multisearch-Machine but if you just want to find deep coins and small stuff there are cheaper and better to handling MDs out there.
The Jeo is a 2in1 detektor that can find small and very deep large stuff plus cavity and mineral-stones others can't. Even hot-bricks can point to deeper buried treasures. Because of the very large coil its heavier to use and doesn't find little stuff that "perfect" like other expensive detectors, but it finds the usual not so extremly deep small stuff well (8mm objects to 8cm, 3cm diameter objects up to 30cm, 5cm at 45cm distance etc.) AND also deep stuff other dectectors never will see!
Sometimes all this small stuff is relative worthless anyway. Under not too extreme conditions the Jeohunter sometimes can even look through all the small trash stuff.
I guess the high price makes WM6 and kt315 blind for the good attributes of the Jeohunter. Can't afford them, so they have to create an object of hate for no longer having desires for wanting to have such device, too. If I can't have it anyway, I better hate it or don't love it any longer.
When I'm bored, perhaps I visit WM6 and show him the Jeohunter sometimes. I've been already in his near city - 10 years ago.
btw. No detector is perfect - nothing in this world is absolutly perfect. And if a vegetarian dislikes a good juicy steak it's just his own deal.

Well, for starters.... I WANT TO FIND A VOLVO, convertible and with the keys already on the switch (maybe a blond virgin at the passenger seat)
Now being serious, My goal is to find hoards, or buried valuables; I don't care about coins or rings. Is a popular believe that most jesuit monks used to bury their valuables in the past, and I know of at least 3 places where to search, fine tunning the search is a job for titans, due to the extension of the land and the lack of accuracy of the story tellers (there is even the possibility that the treasures already have been extracted or there were nothing at all). Plus my country is full of tolas, ancient indian tombs with valuable ceramic and gold pieces. These are found at about 4 mt. deep, that's why I need something able to find gold and already removed soil or caves. Finally there are lots of gold veins everywhere, but I don't care to find one, legal stuff is not for me. If I find one, is safer (for my life) to get as much as I can and run like hell, leaving the remaining to the bandits and thieves. Let them kill each other.
Funfinder, I have a request for you, each time I try to see or download any of your videos, megaupload tells me that I am already downloading something. Can you send them to my email, or post them in youtube (if available)? Please? Thanks in advance.
