Important Jeohunter Ground Balance Info:

Correct Ground Balance really is important for getting the best depth and correct search results. It is not the fault of the Jeohunter if you get "wrong signals" or dig empty holes.

Very well, Dr. Best ehm WM6, like it was expected another useless comment that proves the critical status of your mind.

The big advance of the Jeohunter is that it detects "the whole spectrum" and not only the half. Or described from another perspective:

The Jeohunter detects stuff long before "metal only detectors" and that makes this MD much more sensitive, especially to long buried iron objects.

Because one serious problem is the "metal cut off detection zone":

If this value is fixed everything near this area gots hard to detect, because the Ground Balance tries to weaken, eliminate or discriminate signals there. Deep, small and rusty iron objects are very close to this border.

The Jeohunter breaks those limits so it can distinguish between a much larger range of "ground-differences". Thats why it is much more sensitive at Ground Balance minus 200 - the "contrast level" is much better as with normal GB. You even can find a spot where 10 years ago has been some iron object while now there is only "rusty earth".

The "mineralic value" of this spot is different compared with the rest.

If you don't like to find mineralic stones or "special places", just set the Ground balance to zero and everything's ok.

But there also exists valuable mineralic etc. stones and in some cultures the treasures are even hidden within artifical "stones", similar to the trojan horse. besides it is possible to mask treasures with mineralic stones so usual MDs never would find them.


btw. the 45cm coil of the Jeohunter is the lower minimum size if you wanna search larger areas. Finding something with a large coil raises the chances around 3-5 times.

Jeohunter Cavity Test & Information

Buried a ca. 20x20cm plastic-bucket surounded by and under a 10cm strong cover of mineralised bricks.


The cavity had been detected but the ground balance was important.
It was at minus 60, which is slightly higher than the Ground Balance hot bricks zero level of around minus 85.

If the GB is set lower, as example at minus 120, the bricks start to give a positive (metal) signal and difference in ground-thickness can't recognised very good.

In my experiment the cavity started 10cm below the surface.

Conclusion:
Getting the best cavity detection the ground balance setting should have the same or a little bit higher value as the mineralisation grade of the ground.

Get that value by lifting the coil from 5cm to 40cm over the ground until there is no signal at all.

If you come near the surface and the Jeohunter starts to signalize "metal", the ground balance value is to low (raise it with the plus touchpad button). Same vice versa if you hear "cavity" sound.
After this press accept and you're ready to search.

High Mineralisation Test

buried some 5x7cm cannon-ball shard 30cm under mineralized bricks.

The Jeohunter easily could penetrate those "hot rocks" but ground balance setting again was very important.

The best result I got with Ground Balance set a little bit lower as the value for hot bricks. The value for bricks is around minus 85 and the test uses ground balance setting minus 111.

Explanation:
If set too high or low, the bricks will get detected either as metal or as cavity (usually as cavity). We want to see through the bricks so for metal detection it is good to set it a little bit lower as the normal ground balance value for bricks, because so it is more sensitive. But just a little bit lower, otherwise the bricks will signalise "metal" directly.


Remember the following:
After initial ground balancing set it a bit higher (plus 20) if you search for cavity, a bit lower if you look for metal (minus 20) or leave it as it is, if you search for both.

And if you like to find metal (and sometimes mineralic stones....) at the most possible sensitivity like me, try searching with ground balance set to minus 201, iron: on and sensitivity: 100%!


After all those really authentic tests it should be absolutly clear how the Jeohunter works and that it works great! WM6, you should buy one, it would became a great therapy for you!

The beautiful Jeohunter Display HAS already the Gold effect build in, because it shines bright and sometimes even in yellow-red colors!

And compared with the original Nintendo it does not use a black&white display like most other MDs do - your Whites too.

btw. it detects the Nintendo with 80% valuable so its display also is 80% valuable! And if the Jeohunter has a Nintendo display (for those who are colorblind ) it logically has a valuable display!

And btw. the Jeohunter works even without display after initial settings (experience users can do those blind) - most of the time the sound signals are completly enough for usual treasure-hunting.

Checking every time depth and metal-analyses is just a waste of time and sometimes even misleading like with all MDs.


Because of all those LRL stuff WM6 you seem to dream now already about some kind of "Gold effect". Please would you explain what the Gold effect is? I guess the "Gold effect" is a special attribute of non working MDs or LRLs, because those attract the money- and gold- depots of their customers.

Just the Jeohunter really works and directly detects Gold - see below screen. And even gold-worth 9-15cm diameter cannon-balls get detected as "Gold" (golden ring & cannonball analyses has identical values), but thats because of the huge metal mass and special shape - alot MDs have "problems" in such situation and perhaps only a magnetometer really works here. btw. there is no difference if you search with Ground Balance minus 200, zero or plus 200, the gold detection always remains the same.
