If you intend to search for

• general cavity detection
• tomb detection
• cemetery surveys or grave site investigations
• large metallic deposits detection

it is not scam. Other ways it can be painy.

These vertical systems use a standard 9.35 Ghz or there abouts tx rx system. I have seen many of these units and I can say that I am not at all impressed. As far as I am concerned they are another system that can be filed away with the likes of LRL rubbish and calculators on a stick. There are some doozy units on Ebay from time to time sold by a well known identity.
