problem with delta pulse(pigeon)

hi every body

I made a square coil 1m*1m for my delta pulse.

unfotunately when i tried the coil which composed of 16 tours with adsl cable.it damedged my delta pulse.now it only makes some noise(bizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz).how can i make it work again.
