      Dear friend,
few countries can retrieve treasure galleons. Too many lawsuits, grafts, claims, expensive lawyers, hidden interests, etc. Land are best treasures.
You have to know the laws, but in many 100% belongs to the owner of the land to 50% for the discoverer. Good deal.

                    technology to locate various targets

                    >>>I can anticipate that the technology can locate water, metals, buried structures on land and sea, shipwrecks, oil, precious stones, etc. Until considerable depths, land and sea.

Locating Oil, precious stones etc. Sounds like the false claims of Longrange Locators sellers on ebay discussed here at the forum elsewhere!?
If you've written such a nice work on shipwrecks I assume you have something more solid in mind.
Are you offering some sort of dowsing/remote viewing service here?

                      Ganesh,
Long range locators and other similar tools I have gone mad in Paraguay, where the soil is highly mineralized. With GPL was gold everywhere.
No, this technology is not of this class and its effectiveness has been proven. I checked myself.
I insist. Serious project, very specific and capital to start and complete the recovery, and particularly that all must be legally.
                      Cheers VV

If that is so effective why havn't you found already something, financed the next hunt etc.?

Here is a legal project. It has attracted already all sorts of treasure hunters ranging from experienced dectectorists to dowsers, housewifes with MD3006 dreaming to finance their new kitchen, teenagers armed with sticks or psychic fortune tellers. So far nobody was successful.

Just find a metal box buried most probably just 40-50 cm deep from a former bank employee. Every good detector can detect that I assume but the area is a big forest. So the problem is to narrow down the search area. The box contains an unknown sum of euros unregistered eventually a bit moist but sort of ready to be used .
If you want it to be 100% legal you can give it back to the bank. They promised to give a good reward to the finder. Most probably the cheater has divided the 6.18 million € in several boxes hidden in various places in Austria. A case for a team of remote viewers or your mysterious technology?
If you don't clearly explain how you are going to assist to find any hidden stuff how can somebody trust you and spend time / money to cooperate?

Ganesh, so far (and I can prove with official documents), I have accomplished many goals, but have always failed (for various reasons) investors. Now I take my proper security measures. I want to see investment money on the table. I do not talk nonsense. All I'm saying I can prove with official documents (state government agencies).
