hi everyone ,first i am not good in english so sorry for the mistakes ;
my question is who's the best Visual Ground Scanner and PI , i want to buy both of them but i don t know what " my hunt will be Specially for box and vase full of gold of course with Depth 1 to 3 metres (don't be tough guys )

i thought for the Visual Ground Scanner: JeoHunter PRO 3D

and for PI : DETECH SS 3100

Jackal, do you know from what material are made the box and the vase?
How big are the objects of gold inside them?
The smallest depth of detection with metal detectors will be obtained when the box and vase are not made of metal and obects are small as rings and coins. Then the eddy currents can flow in small circles only. That creates a weak signal, though the objects are numerous.
If so, my advice is when buying a machine, prepare a vase full of coins and take it in the shop . Make the seller show you how far from the machine he can detect the vase. If the gold is in metal box, then you can take for test in the shop an emty box. Don't buy machine without such testing!

hi mikebg sorry for the delay and thank you so much for your reply ;
so the vase are made by argil ( with gold coins inside) and the box with wood.
but both ot them are potentially full of gold ; in any case gold signal can through container and got capted by gear like JeoHunter PRO 3D ???
