    Several people have built this circuit and have had problems getting it to work.


    so it is true that it doesnt work or someone make it to work ???

    Try this version. Can be usable as gold detector.

      That one Doesn't Work.

      The One Posted above by WM6 Does work.
      But I'm Not very impressed with the Sensitivity.

          I will try better resolution.

          Sensitivity depends on how you build it , supply voltage, paired transistors, coil / but chemelec is right > this is not LRL.

                I built this one,posted by Esteban,but cant put it to work...
                Its interesting becouse as only one single coil turn.

                    About 20cm for a coin.
                    It is not something special, it is a BFO using a PLL, so it need a simple mono coil.
