workbench tidyness or lack of.

hi people,
is it just me or all electronic enthusiast's untidy ?.my workbench always looks a mess so my family tells me.i would like to see a photo of all your workstations.i will post mine as soon as i am able to find room in there

Yes ,think our workspaces are generally untidy,to the uninitiated for electronics/detector constructions.Im fortunate to have at least 3 work areas for home constructions,of general electronics,detectors an coil building,a quick few example.Two areas have the usual scopes,freq. gens.Pc.an powersupplies,etc. etc.my main workhorse scope is an old Kenwood 150Mhz Digi dual,Storage.trash from the benches etc .is usually cleared fortnightly.Yes I even got my underbench Fridge for the refreshments,elect. kettle for the hot drink an a Microwave for a hot snack!Sorry but maybe I got other pics but these came to hand first and they small for upload!

Sorry I dont have a Pics of the 2 other workstation/home development areas that are an embarassment of multiple projects currently under work with trash everywhere or the multiple drawcabinets with hundreds of draws with $5000-$10000 of new components,smd,ic and descretes,and the vac.desolder station.etc.maybe soon.
Yes Im married,an none of this is in house as such,but on my property.an thats the way the wife likes it? my space,my junk,my time.my mess!

Tidy workbench - ha

I have taken over a bedroom (gets tidied up when it get too messy), 3/4 of the garage (I keep it organized ) and a few spots around the house w/ finished projects. Wife razzes me about taking over the rest of the house but she knows I know I'd better not!

Standard was when I worked - a tidy desk is owned by someone who is worth a **it and is "sick".
