  • Ground Balance patent monopoly

I draw members attention to the following patent application.

    http://pericles.ipaustralia.gov.au/a...2011200515.pdf

It would appear that the application strives to monopolise every conceivable method of ground balance via combinations of samples taken during the TX off time.

    Where is White's? Sleeping?

    Comeon guys,

make Carl @ White's aware of the patent troll alert.

Mr. Candy, known and proved as patent troll, tries to lock public domain, well known, prior art knowledge. His claims are phrased as general as possible so they aren't concrete enough. This is a pure attempt to lock even bogus and all possible solutions.

There is a rumor, that ML intend to get patent on gold nuggets of any size too, that will be searchable only by ML detectors.

            Candy Patent App

I will be lodging an objection to IP Australia on this one.
I suggest to anyone out there that has any design that they are serious about patenting, do some history research on this particular patent app and make sure you understand it's claims.
Form your own opinions and of course get legal advice but my advice for the small guy is take note of this patent app and don't let it slip through if you see fault with it or can prove prior art. You CAN lodge an objection you know!
There is no need for CANDY or ML banter, it's like water off a ducks back to those guys! Just know your facts and deal with the right people at the right time and you will be suprised at what may transpire.

            Cheers
