Hola, Rodelio! There are two options for such a display - with blue and red textolite. I use with blue. According to unverified information, "red" has a different backlight connection.

It is not a matter of the order of the contacts; they are easy to identify by labels. I only work with blue indicators, so I can’t check this statement - supposedly the red ones are supplied with ground, but not power, to LED pin.

          • At last i recived the lcd from my friend. No red, no blue one. I had to cut it directly from the board of nokia cellphone. I already make the conections and is ready to work.

This is the front view of the display. The order of pin conecction change when we put display upside down.

                    • Hi Foxy. I glad you like it. Xloader work fine. You can load hex files in many formats like txt, and write ATMEGA using any Arduino. By the way, mi display is ready and i already load your MD hex file sussefull. I have tu cut it from the board of old nikia cell phone. Click image for larger version
