      • Firmware for testing of FoxyPI v3: https://acdc.foxylab.com/sites/defau...aloginputs.hex
In test mode, the metal detector generates a current pulse with a duration of 150 μs in the search coil after switching on, and then it displays the received signal on the screen. Pressing a button generates a new impulse, etc.

        Examples of signals:
        1 - without target, 2 - with target:

            • Here is what I found with the FoxyPI:

              Weight: 100-150 grams
              Volume: 15 cu. cm
              It has magnetic properties.
The surface does not conduct electrical current.

If its a Meteorite, get it professionally assessed it could be worth a lot of money

                    • Looks like maybe a hematite nodule. Do a color test on a unfinished peice of porcelin like the underside of a toilet tank lid.
If the color is brown or brownish red its more than likley a hematite nodule.
one way to tell a metiorite is the surface will have concave formations where the hematite has protrusions or nodules.

                        Very thanks for information!

                          Hematite?

                          • Hard to tell but looks more like magnatite.
When you say has magnetic properties. Is it magnetic or attracted to a magnet.
If you had a local goelogist, would not hurt to ask him.
Their are shots of color streaks on the web you might be able to see the colors better. But hematite is usually browner than what i see in your picture.

that configuration would be great, as it makes building a pi pinpointer easier.

Yes, a strange stone. Still, his streak color is far from the gray-black, which is characteristic of magnetite.
