    Measured AC 200 on multimeter.
What's the real nulling point on idx board? U1 pin 3 or?
    Less than 200mv pin 6 U1

Never had any success with my fluke multimeter. Scope easy. Think it depends on the meter.

      • Very similar to my meter. Mine is slightly more basic. Love it. Very fast reading resistors no waiting for it to settle. AC works fine on things like mains voltage. Because its RMS not peak to peak it struggles to see small changes in the TX or RX where as a scope can see a fraction of a mm movement.

          • i found the problem 4066 cannot switch high dc voltage ( above 3.5 volt ) i replace the switch between disc and pin point by toggle switch and it work even better

How did you change the PCB?
Can you put a picture montage changed?
              Or a scheme with changes.

              Regards Gaby

                    • it is better than using 4066 in this part

pinpoint completely separated from discriminate mode

                      so the device less noise

                      • Hi
Im new here could someone send in rar all newest version IDX-PRO+VDI plus modifications (schem, PCB, elements list, coil etc.) because im reading few hours this forum and still cant get all things (even if i got all im not sure for 100% about it). THX You very much

I found something similar (name All 1M) a Czechoslovak site.
As a principle scheme is almost IDX.

                          • My third idx pcb won't work, i have no sound when turned on. Checked all IC's, short connection's, bridges, almost all resisistors, no idea more what can be wrong...

                            • hello I could put 1NF rather than 680pF. Thank you

Check voltages are present and correct. Make sure nothing gets warm/hot. Check TX on scope if you have one or AC on meter. If you have a scope golfnut posted the schematics with wave forms at each stage awhile back.
