Look's like not well nulled coil. Did u measured pin 3 from U1? Must be less than 200mV.
Also, attach clear photo's from pcb...

        • What i can see from first look, u have minimum 7 - 8 bad soldered pins. Solder that again, clean with alcohol, let it dry and try again. Good luck.

                    • I tried wiring the IdxPro on a Breadboard for testing.

But, I don't see any fluctuation with Metal across the Coils.
I Nulled it out with an Oscilliscope.

I was hoping to see flutuation with Metal, on the Oscilliscope.

                        • Hi I have rx frequency about 400hrtz and tx is 6570khrz is that normal

                          Comment

                          • 6.59KHZ for both TX and RX when connected normally to the detector just the phase between the two is different.

RX on its own is 4.6 kHz but can be a fair bit out and still work okay.

                            • thanks Koala do you know what cuase a sqaure wave on rx

                              Comment

                              • RX is only connected to U1 and ground.

Test if there is a square wave on the ground with and without the coil connected. If its only there when connected check C1

the only other thing that it connected to is U1 does it go if you pull it from the board.
