To clean a PCB I use an old toothbrush and methylated spirits (alcohol, also called denatured spirits in some areas). Use them to scrub the dirt and flux away, pat off with clean kitchen roll....It can make some serious changes to sensitive circuitry.....

Otherwise try to reduce this to as low as possible by carefully balancing your coil.

What the equivalent please?

MCP1703 is 8v LDO voltage reg. - any 8v reg is ok, LDO will give a bit more battery life
I have some MCP602 if you need some

[QUOTE=holyuser;165955]You don't say![/QUOTE
Thw Holyuser you have right
The The MCP1703 is a CMOS, low dropout voltage regulator with 250 mA maximum output. MCP1703 works with input voltage of up to 16V and in combination with its low current consumption of 2 µA is an ideal solution for applications using multi-cell, 9V alkaline or one- or two- and three- cell lithium-ion batteries. It is available in space efficient SOT23a and SOT89 packages or in a thermally capable 3-pin SOT223.Output Voltage (v)1.2,1.5,1.8, 2.5, 2.8,3.0, 3.3, 4.0,5.0.
but the LM2930 is a IC VREG 8 V FIXED POSITIVE LDO REGULATOR, 0.6 V DROPOUT, PBCY3, TO-226AA, 3 PIN, Fixed Positive Single Output LDO Regulator or a IC VREG 8 V FIXED POSITIVE REGULATOR, PSFM3, LEAD FREE, TO-220, 3 PIN, Fixed Positive Single Output Standard Regulator
I dont know what is the exact but I have replaced by a L78L05
For the MCP602 also I used the TL072
It work good with Hex file achtung minen...hahaha..!!!!!
but not work Geotech hex file
I find some instruction is not hex mode
please Holyuser put me the best Hex file her or you can send that in private
Thx
Cordially
Nicolas
