    made based on this

    TX wire 0.70 - 33 turns - 0.587 mH - 1.6 Ohm parallel capacitor 1 mF
    RX wire 0.2 - 255 turns - 35.6 mH - 90 Ohm parallel capacitor 33nF

    • Been looking at the VDI, and the mcp602.

is this the right one ? thanks

          • Also MCP607-I/P is right, is even better.

I was finished the 690VDI project. How can I setup it? The IDX work good, but the VDI donn't present well. All of the metals take a +16 value.

Somebody can tell it, that what kind of sign is needed get with an oscilloscope it X and Y on dots?
Works for somebody with 16F690 PIC built VDI?

                  It's working!!!!!!!!

                  I'm wery happy!

I have a mistake on pcb. A short circuit took shape in the course of the etching caused the trouble! He came undone. I revise it another time the pcb, before solder the components

                  • Hi Eduardo, reading through here,,,

                    You mentioned ..
I finally tried the IDX-PRO with the DD coil 27cm and is really incredible. 1€ coin to 60cm in the air.
Im curious to see what this is in the ground.

                    Has anybody done this?

                    Steve

                      Steve,

I think.. it's unlikely that even half of that is usable. My experience is that is becomes unstable mechanically at higher sensitivity settings.. even with a stock White's coil. Plus, the ground will surely be a limiting factor. I will say this though - with careful tuning , the depth is right up there with my Nautilus!

Another observation - the IDX hits harder on high conductors as compared to say, the TGSL at 14.5kHz.

                      • Undergrund 30-35cm, in normal field. Highly mineralized ground, the depth down to about 25cm.

                        • Im going to try the IDX and make a 27DD for it.

Let me see if I can get this one going.

Are all the pots lined up so you know which way to wire them.

I have about 5 questions I dont know the answer to!!

Please have a go at these questions so I can get this finished.. Steve
