If you watch the video with it detecting the 5 cent, it does indeed appear to detect the coin at 44+ cms, but whether this sort of depth is achievable in the soil is not mentioned.
Note that they do state the tests were made "in the field away from the electromagnetic disturbances of the built-up area".
If you decide to buy one, then please let us know how it performs.

It's very easy to make a machine with enough gain to give the airtest distances the Detech shows. But it will be no use in even mildly mineralised soil, not even in all-metal. Maybe in Florida, where 'clean' soil is found. Ground mineralisation is what stops discriminating VLF machines going deep.
You also need to know what settings the other machines were used on. Notice the F75 and T2 have very different depths, yet they should be very similar (the T2 data looks realistic), maybe they used factory default settings, which are often 'safe and stable'.

Bulgarian hand made (actually those are) are usually "depth oriented" machines.
I've seen few of those, made in Bulgaria.
I've seen Golden Mask (few different models), Wave (also few variations) and few others that i can't recall right now.
All those are "depth oriented" and can reach descent depths.
Yet, there are compromises made at such machines, usually on stability and Disc accuracy accounts.
Some of those are not stable enough and some of those are not having usable discrimination.
So.. everything is turning in circle; to gain benefit at one feature - must compromise at another...
But best i saw so far, that came from Bulgarian "kitchen", is one Wave variation.
It is deep indeed, but lacks on Disc accuracy.
Yet, i used it few times on the real terrains.
It can detect smaller bronze coins very deep.
Once i even took XP Gold Max Power (22.5cm coil) and that Wave (27cm coil) together with me on the field.
Wave achieved better depths than XP!
But Disc was poor.
So... don't really know.
Must first see and test (on my way) to believe.
I am surrounded indeed with highly mineralized soils.
All "my" terrains here are tough.
Many top notch machines were not so "shiny" when tested here.
Must admit (not trying to advertise nothing here) that Minelab's indeed are best of the best on soils like those i am having here...
Nothing really compares to Minelab's.
And i have tried many different brands so far - you better believe me.
So..until&unless something happens different; Minelab's will stay on the very top of my list.
XP is on the fourth place... and places 2. and 3. will remain empty!
However; Bulgarian hand made so far are keeping pretty descent position on my "hand made" list... that's why i think we should give it a chance.

However Thracian temples are carved with excavators, but police did not intervene because it is corrupt.
Near the town of Svishtov (Свищов), which is mentioned above, was based First Italic Legion (roman name is NOVE) and is an important archaeological site.
I got this piece of brick from there by the Danube River shore.

How could a 4000 year old treasure be found in a tree trunk?

In the post #5 I used the incorrect term "hand made" metal detector instead "home made" or DIY metal detector. The discoverer of ancient treasure Rosen Todorov (pictured below) made a metal detector to find ferrous and nonferrous metals for recicling.
The treasure was in a brocken ceramic pot.
According a version, the treasure was found in an area named Korea, which lies somewhere between Svishtov and a village named Oresh.
According other version, the treasure was found on September 14 in area named Erdema.
Here is the builder of metal detector and the most valuable item in treasure:Attached Files

Dutch journalistic fantacies.
Look at the picture.
