This is my first post.
I'm interested in mod'ing my childhood Apollo 20D. It's, of course, made by White's and is very similar if not identical to the their Beachcomber 5D. The Apollo doesn't have the meter on the handle that the Beachcombers do and I want to add one onto mine to make it more functional. I really want to keep this detector going because I've had it since the mid 70's and have a lot of fond memories using it. Any info like schematics of a "how to" would be greatly appreciated.
