high sensitive detector for broken needle

Hello to all,
I'm working in a soft toys(stuffing toys) factory. The safty requirement need to equip the metal detector in the production line. This is usefull to find out the small piece of the broken needle(steel, normally the size are around Dia.1mmX1mm-Dia.1.5mmX1.5mm)in the toys. The detection area is around 15cmX25cm and the depth is 18cm-20cm. Would you please to let me know what kind of metal detector is suitable for this job? Any kit suggestions?
