  • Converter in MXT

    Hi,

Does anyone know? What converter used in the MXT? I have the impression that the subsequent teknetics have much in common with this detector.

The big chip is a 4351 MUX... the little chip (U5) is the ADS8320 ADC.

The MXT was designed by Dave Johnson, who is now chief engineer at First Texas. It would not surprise me if the T2 and F75 share similarities with the MXT.

Thank you for your response. I think of this detector is much started. I see similarities in the implementation of the concept of the transmitter and digital processing.

Converters 16-bit SAR is a favorite chips Dave Johnson.. Although they are now converters with analog devices.
