    • If something get wrong, here is the section which need to be changed.

      if (sensorValuex > 1) {
      if (sensorValuer > -12) {
      for (int n = 0 ; n < 69 ; n ++)

          Ofcourse will be better to run machine with zero disc.
          I'm runing mine diy idx like that, but u need to modify code a little bit cause vdi numbers depend on disc pot how u set. Sensor value need to be changed, it is easy task.
          With this setup every idx is monster.
          I found this at nearly 20" in the Roman field.
          That is a very nice find! 20 inches? that's almost 2 feet! lol my TGSL will find a zippo lighter at 2 feet but something like that so deep I doubt it. Then I shall have to give it a try, PIC base VID or Arduino Uno based is just as good??
          This is my find that got me wanting to go down a little deeper.

              This object is about 4 cm in diameter, so it is bigger than almost any coin and in all metall is not a problem to catch.

              • Does anyone have a PCB with opamps for the Adriano that works with both IDX and TGSL ?

                • Hello CDI, can you issue the complete code and the test signal picture?

                  • Hello Friends

                    I started working on a new project based on IDX Pro and ESP32 Arduino here is the first test.

                    • Hello Marchel, you can give some more information to the project you are working on, with regard to ESP 32 arduino, to the app used on the mobile phone. Thank you..

I know an inch does sound like much but I want to keep that inch, and I need some for of disc as the area which I belive to still have a lot of old silver coins is very trashy ( nails and old bottle lids mainly. )
                        I am going to post some John Earle information right here, and see what the others say. John Earle, when he was Chief Engineer at Compass Electronics, in documents related to Challenger models X80 and X70, sat in order to get the TID to lay out the display correctly, had to have the sensitivity changed, by diminishing the sensitivity greatly, then the TID display would work correctly. Obviously in the all metal mode, the sensitivity need not be diminshed as then the TID display only displayed the discrimination mode.

                        Now when you diminish the sensitivity the depth suffers greatly. This is why the all metal mode goes deeper then the motion discrimination mode. Now in an earlier model, which was called the Coin Magnum, both the all metal mode and the NON-MOTION discrimination mode went ideally the SAME in depth and sensitivity.

                        Now both Carl and Qiaozhi obviously know this, and I thought it would be a proper time to have this brought out in discussion. This answers Tibuck19's question. But it does not answer a question in my mind, as to whether or now one can crank up the sensitivity now without destroying or affecting the TID meter display?

                        Anyone?

                          • My intention is to do a metal detector similar to the XP Deus detector, but with the difference of all the functions being controlled by a mobile application with Bluetooth, the project is still working would be great if someone help me me with a code for Arduino, for example Daren whose part I used this project. I've used Google MIT App Inventor for my Android App, but I would like to create an app on Android Studo in the future, but I'm not that good programmer so it would be great if someone finds out that my source code will be downloading soon on https://github.com I will add more information soon, here is the first PCB version.

                              I don't know much about digital circuits.
                              the connection drawing .or do I have a subject questionnaire?
                              thanks in advance

                                Schematic and the required files will be available shortly after fixing a few bugs.
