Yes like 6666 mentioned the small white plug goes into a balance charger, to charge the cells individually . (They can be charged in series but is not recommended as a damaged cell would cause the others to overcharge etc.)
The thing to watch is you cant overcharge or completely drain a lithium pack so keep that in mind. Permanent damage will result.
A low voltage cutoff circuit or chip would be a good idea, or just don't drain the pack, recharge it before or after each use.
If you can live with that they make a lightweight option, available in different shapes.
The price is affordable now.

Cannot or can't implies that it is not possible to do, sadly it is possible to do and damage may result!!!! (Not that I am a LIPO expert, but I do know my NIMH!!)
