i don't know why this happens, does 5534 somehow can output negative voltage?

You have connected the black lead from your meter to the com. connecter from your meter and to the ground from the pcb ?? (same as the batt minus) With the red lead now check the + 5 volt and the -5volt (-4.2 v).

As you say you have audio out on the speaker it think your power supply (the 78l05 and icl7660) have to work good. The audio out signal is made by switching the base from the mpsa13 (in a freq. from around 400 Hz) to ground.

The 555 ,4093 and 4066 are making this switching signal. If you have +4.2 volt on the bleu (-5V) tracks, the 4093 and 4066 cannot work !

You say you have audio out.. so the 555 , the 4093 and the 4066 are working right. The currents you told 90 mA with audio and 35mA without audio look also right.

So I still think that your NE5534 is defect...

Start again with only the ICL7660 on board and check every voltage on the board.
First you got to have the power as in the PNG is drawn, orange = +batt red = +5 bleu = -5(-4.2)

check this connection , heat it again with the solderiron and check it with you meter for resistance

This connection does not exist!!! no resistance theirs no way to get - voltage there.
the rest, orange(+12.26v), red (+5.08v) and green for grounding are fine.

only the ICL7660 on board with these measurements. maybe you did something wrong with .png? layer?

The connection does exist, it is a track on the top but covered with black soldermask

Look carefully , you will see it

ok saw it, i try to measure resistance from R5 to pin 5 7660(top or bottom of pcb) but nothing, i connect a wire from pin 5 to R5 and still the same voltage, +5.26

explain something please on pin 5 is -5.08 bottom of ic's shell is -5.08
and when i measure on the line next until the R8 is +5.26

??? checkt the spots on the png... solder the toplayer to R5 pin... can be that the via is not connecting ?

remove all Ic's ...only leave the ICL7660 on the board... than check if the volts are as shown in the png. It can be that there are some IC defect ? you told that some where inserted the wrong way.

woo we have ignition now the offset pot can be adjusted to zero and when i put iron in coil i see voltage drop on pin 6 of 5534. but isn't the volts on pin 5 of 7660to small? -3v

they were insert the wrong at the beginning when i assembled it. without ics on the voltage is there at -3v. but the mosfet its too hot. when i put ics on the mosfet is just fine, normal temp.

now it has to be -5v at 7660 pin 5?

what voltage do you have at 7660 pin 8 now ?

-3.07v and along blue line is -3.07v. i detect iron in 3-5cm. it must be something wrong, shouldn't it be -5v on blue line ?
