Old Coil Winder

Greetings,
I'm new here. I have an old George Stevens coil winder model 10. I cannot locate any information on it. Not even from Stevens Mfg. They keep trying to get me to update to a modern machine. Does anyone know anything about it and the adjustments on it ? Google has failed me too.
