For anyone who makes your own forms, I found a really accurate way to cut. Available here in the U.S. at Woodcrafters is this circle cutting tool.

Are you using a “two stage” system?
A vacuum for initial pull, plus a vacuum tank?

Hi dfbowers, your efforts over time have truly ispired me. Now, after drilling holes, which by the way wasn't as difficult as it looked, I now have my vacuum forming jig ready to go. I'm thinking of making concrete molds, although I haven't figured out the process just yet, but I will.

Definitely try a two stage!! It's a game changer! If you have gone this far you might has well.
I started out with a cheap air compressor and just used the intake side for the tank. I use a Vacuum pump now AND a vacuum cleaner.
if you decide to go that route, you will need a ball valve, a check valve, some PVC tubes and a tank.
You will waste much less plastic, it's quicker and the only area that ever needs any help with forming is the center of the tabs, which will form with some minor pressure.

                    hi dfbowers master
I have a lot to learn from you.
Concentric coil knowledge of 28 cm diameter is required for floor and brick drilling.
idx pro ground balance potentiometer location,
                    how should it be.
According to your working information I ran 28cm concentric coil very well.
                    thank you so much
                    Yours truly
