  • PCB headers for coils and power pack.

The MiniPulse Plus that I'm building comes with sets of headers with 3 pins in a manageable size. I wanted to buy more and when searcing in Google, aliexpress etc I only see "micro" headers made for 20 y. olds with steady hands and sharp sight.

Who can point me to a manageble set of headers the kind used in MiniPulse Plus?

    Thanks to all.

    Hi Teleno
Something like this cut in half works well.
    Have a good day,

I would not use none locking connectors again. Accidentally dropping you detector and then having to take it apart in the field is over rated. Last detector I built I soldered all leads directly to the board. Just one less thing to go wrong or corrode.

Or you can apply a small drop of hot glue to stop it coming loose. Having removable connectors is very useful during the building, testing and debugging phase.

I use connectors all the time now.
Headers and servo connectors are fairly tight.
There are crap ones and good ones.

Just splay the outside pins like a Y , works in R/C planes.

It only takes a fraction to splay the pins, and then use needle nose pliers to squeeze the pins parallel then slip on plug, its easy to do.
